Meet the Author
Sequena "Queen" Alexander is a talented artist and entrepreneur hailing from Grand Prairie, TX. She graduated from Wade College in Dallas, TX with a marketing degree and comes from a family of entrepreneurs, including her great-grandfather James O. Goodwin, the youngest entrepreneur in Black Wall Street who owned the Oklahoma Eagle, the only black-owned newspaper in Tulsa, OK.

Following in her great-grandfather's footsteps unknowingly, Queen became the youngest business owner on Black Wall Street when she opened the only black female-owned art gallery in the state of Oklahoma, the Greenwood Gallery, representing minority artists. In 2022, she published her first book, a word search entitled "I Love 90s TV Black Television Word Search," which reflects her love of word searches. Afterward, Queen wrote her first children's book, "Mr. Paul Can Do It All," about her father and role model, which inspires children to be anything they want to be in life.

After her children's book, Queen has fallen in love with publishing her own books and has created more word searches and recently published her first coloring book. As a mother to a 10-year-old boy, she loves to have fun and adventures. Queen appreciates everyone who has supported her books so far and believes that this is just the beginning of her career as an author. She looks forward to what the future holds.
